  1. Visit the Mobile Meeting Guide’s “Evaluations and CME” tab.

  2. Log in with the email you used to register for the conference

  3. From the dropdown menu, select “Instructions,” then “Evaluation Form Topics”

  4. Complete General Evaluation and Individual evaluations

  5. Select and complete “CME Hours”

  6. Select “Print CME Certificate” and ctrl+P to print the page
